VetUrgency, a BluePearl Veterinary Partners hospital in Frederick, MD, is seeking a Full-Time Urgent Care Veterinarian to join their collaborative, well-equipped hospital.
Schedule
- Wednesday, Thursday & Friday: 6pm-12am
- Sunday: 12pm-12am
Pay
Pay Range: $108,680 – $136,840+ base salary plus quarterly production (25%, no negative accrual)

What You’ll Do
- Provide urgent care evaluation and treatment for same-day and walk-in patients
- Work closely with a skilled technical and support team
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with pet owners regarding diagnosis and treatment plans
- Utilize advanced diagnostics including digital radiology, ultrasound, and full in-house lab services
- Collaborate with specialists across the BluePearl network as needed, including on-demand access to boarded criticalists
