Urgent Care Physician - Locum Tenens Coverage

This role is for a Board-Certified MD in urgent care, providing day shift services at on-site clinics. Deliver urgent care services during 12-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, seven days a week.Manage an average patient load of 30-40 per day, treating all age groups and performing procedures such as laceration repairs and incision and drainage.Work alongside at least two support staff members per shift to ensure efficient patient care.Qualifications include Board Certification in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine and BLS certification.Minimum commitment of 36 hours weekly is preferred, with no call responsibilities involved.Responsibilities involve evaluating and treating a high-volume patient population in a fast-paced environment, adhering to established clinical protocols. Key skills include clinical expertise in urgent care procedures, excellent patient management, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
