Part-time position in Oshkosh, WI with a national wound-physician group offering clinical satisfaction, autonomy, flexibility, and work-life balance. No nights, no call, no weekend shifts.
Responsibilities
- Become an expert in wound management, learning from highly qualified wound-certified physician trainers and Fellowship Directors.
- Utilize cutting-edge clinical technologies and the latest wound care modalities.
- Provide bedside wound care in skilled nursing facilities and long-term acute care hospitals across a 40–60 mile radius of the practice location.
- Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility, visiting 2–3 facilities per day and treating approximately 20–30 patients daily.
- Perform clinical documentation at the point of care in real-time using a proprietary wound-specific EMR.
Requirements
- Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state you wish to practice.
- Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week (part-time). Full-time roles are 4–5 days per week.
- W2 employment contract; no work visa sponsorship is available.
Practice Overview
- Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday (7 AM–4 PM); part-time schedules available.
- No call or weekend clinical responsibilities.
- Paid training provided during onboarding plus a 6-month wound care fellowship.
