About the role
Accelerated Urgent Care is hiring a Staff Urgent Care Physician with the potential advancement to Medical Directorship in Temecula, CA.
Essential Responsibilities
- Urgent Care Medicine practices twelve-hour (12) shifts with a 1-hour break.
- Full-time is 12 shifts per month, 2 on-call shifts per month, and managing 4 mid-level providers.
- Part-time is a minimum of 6 shifts per month, and managing up to 4 mid-level providers.
- Treat 4 patients per hour, from newborns to geriatrics (full-spectrum care), in a low-acuity setting.
- Bread & Butter Procedures: I&Ds, Toenail Removal, and Laceration Repair.
- Equipment: We offer In-house Point-of-Care testing and X-rays. A Board-Certified Radiologist overreads all X-rays, and results are available within 20 minutes for routine orders.
- Salary Description: $330,000/year
Requirements
- Medical Degree (M.D. or D.O.)
- Completion of a formal Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine Residency Training Program
- CA Medical License that is active and in good standing
- DEA Certificate
