Responsibilities

• Treat a wide range of medical conditions
• Develop long-term, personal relationships with patients
• Produce individualized healthcare programs based on patient historical data
• Offer continuous support and health management advice
• Work Monday through Saturday (3 days a week / 12 hour days)

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.)
• Board certification by ABMS (ABFM/ABIM) in Family Practice or Internal Medicine
• Current, valid, and unrestricted Alabama Medical License required
• Valid DEA required
• Completion of a family practice/internal medicine residency
• Possess a working understanding and support of a managed care environment

Pay

Schedule

Clinic hours are Monday through Saturday (3 days a week / 12 hour days).
