About the role
Southeast Medical Group is a large independent medical group with 55 primary care practices across Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, and South Carolina. We are a regional leader in value-based care and are committed to providing exceptional, patient-centered healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Treat a wide range of medical conditions
- Develop long-term, personal relationships with patients
- Produce individualized healthcare programs based on patient historical data
- Offer continuous support and health management advice
- Work Monday through Saturday (3 days a week / 12 hour days)
Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.)
- Board certification by ABMS (ABFM/ABIM) in Family Practice or Internal Medicine
- Current, valid, and unrestricted Alabama Medical License required
- Valid DEA required
- Completion of a family practice/internal medicine residency
- Possess a working understanding and support of a managed care environment
Skills

Pay
