About the Role
This role involves providing outpatient urgent care services in a suburban Philadelphia area. Full-time physicians work three 12-hour shifts weekly, with options for additional shifts. There are no call responsibilities, and the focus is on treating patients of all ages using advanced technology and integrated EMR systems. The work is primarily outpatient, with an average patient volume of 20-40 patients per shift.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality urgent care services to a diverse patient population
- Utilize state-of-the-art equipment and EMR systems for seamless patient management
- Provide leadership and teaching opportunities within the clinical setting
- Collaborate with a network of physicians and support staff
Requirements
- Medical degree with eligibility for medical licensure in the state
- Experience or interest in urgent care or outpatient medicine
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work independently in a clinic setting
Pay
Base salary ranging from $185,000 to $235,000, with eligibility for quality incentives.
