About the Role

This position is for a Physician Assistant (PA) providing occupational medicine and urgent care services in a clinic setting. The PA will manage a patient load of 20-25 individuals daily, primarily handling occupational health cases with some urgent care needs.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outpatient care during day shifts at on-site locations in Albuquerque and Santa Fe.
  • Evaluate and treat work-related injuries and acute conditions across all ages.
  • Manage approximately 90% occupational medicine cases and 10% urgent care cases.
  • Prescribe medications and treatments within scope of practice.

Requirements

  • Board certification required.
  • Proficiency in occupational medicine and urgent care protocols.
  • Ability to handle a diverse patient population.
  • Strong clinical judgment and patient management skills.
