Urgent Care- Full- Time- NP/PA

About the role

The ideal candidate is a PA or NP with 2 years of Urgent Care, Family Medicine, and/or Emergency Medicine experience, capable of working independently as a solo provider. They must be able to adhere to a base schedule with an average of 3 shifts per week, every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and effective medical care to patients in an urgent care setting.
• Perform physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Adhere to established protocols and guidelines for patient safety and quality care.
• Document patient encounters accurately and maintain patient records.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a PA or NP in the state of practice.
• At least 2 years of experience in Urgent Care, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record systems.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited program in PA or NP.
• Passing scores on relevant certification exams (e.g., PANCE, PANRE).

Pay

$54.90 - $82.35 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
