About the Role

Join one of the nation’s largest urgent care networks with over 30+ locations in the Charlotte metro area. Our network offers an environment where evidence-based urgent care medicine and high-quality patient care are at the heart of the services we provide. We provide a strong support network with access to consultations as needed, standard protocols for seamless care delivery, and a fully integrated EMR with Atrium Health.

Locations are open 7 days a week from 8am – 8pm, with exceptions for Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver evidence-based urgent care medicine as a solo provider.
  • Follow standard protocols to ensure a seamless patient experience.
  • Work collaboratively within a physician-led team, partnering with administrative leads for process improvement and skill optimization.
  • Participate in innovative care delivery to meet evolving patient and business needs.
  • Maintain CME requirements through quarterly educational offerings.
  • Coordinate with local EDs for transfer of acute care needs.

Requirements

  • Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) licensure.
  • 2+ years of experience in Urgent Care, Family Medicine, and/or Emergency Medicine.
  • Ability to work a base schedule averaging 3 shifts per week, including every other weekend.
