About the role
This DNP position is in an orthopedic-focused outpatient urgent care clinic, providing orthopedic urgent care services to patients of all ages.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient orthopedic urgent care services
- Interpret x-rays
- Manage a caseload of 30-35 patients daily
Work Environment
The on-site clinic is supported by medical assistants, midlevel clinicians, surgeons, and pain physicians, with no call duties.
Qualifications
- Active Virginia license
- DEA registration
- Board certification
- Prescriptive authority
- Proficiency with Epic EMR

Schedule
The role involves a 7-days-on/7-days-off schedule, with weekday hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and weekend hours from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
