About the role
Westminster Christian Academy is currently seeking a part-time Track Coach - Distance to join our coaching staff for the spring 2026-27 season. Previous high school coaching experience required.
Responsibilities
- Coach distance track events
- Develop and implement training programs
- Manage team logistics and schedules
- Attend meetings and training sessions
Requirements
- Previous high school coaching experience
- Broad knowledge of distance track events
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in physical education or related field
- Experience working with diverse student populations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Knowledge of safety protocols and emergency procedures
