About the role

The Upper School Assistant Athletics Coach will support the Athletic Director in overseeing and managing the athletic programs for students in grades 9-12.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of athletic events
• Work closely with student athletes to develop skills and strategies
• Support the Athletic Director in maintaining a safe and positive environment for all participants
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff to enhance team dynamics and performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Experience coaching at the high school level
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Skills

• Strong leadership skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
