About the role

The successful candidate will provide assessment, management, and outcome evaluation for patients in the outpatient setting. They will educate patients, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality patient-centered care - Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and standards - Participate in ongoing professional development and education

Requirements

- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine - Current Medical License in Kentucky - Completion of an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine Residency Program
