About the Plant
This facility has a production capacity of 45,000 MTPA of polymer and 34,000 MTPA of acrylic fiber, designed using Monsanto technology. It is engineered for optimal performance in producing raw white and dyed acrylic fibers through suspension polymerization, slurry stripping, and a solvent recovery system. The plant incorporates advanced engineering controls for minimal environmental impact, including spill prevention, safe handling of hazardous materials, fire and explosion prevention, and waste recycling and treatment.
