About the role
Unthread offers a Slack inbox for customer support teams to assign, prioritize, and escalate inbound requests entirely within Slack. It also includes assigning, triaging, escalating, collaborating, educating, and measuring, enabling clients to easily integrate their services for business planning and prioritization.
Responsibilities
- Assign, prioritize, and escalate inbound requests within Slack.
- Triage and escalate issues effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer inquiries.
- Educate customers on using the platform features.
- Measure and report on the performance of support interactions.
Requirements
- Experience in customer support or a related field.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Slack and other collaboration tools.
Qualifications
