About the role
This entry-level management position supervises multidisciplinary teams, coordinates service needs, and collaborates with other services and agencies. Employees in this role are required to participate in a structured on-call rotation, remaining accessible and prepared to respond to work-related needs within a designated timeframe.
Responsibilities
- Supervise multidisciplinary teams
- Collaborate with other services and agencies
- Fulfill appropriate level of services for new members served as outlined in the essential functions
- Participate in a structured on-call rotation
- Monitor communications and respond according to operational protocols while on-call
Requirements
- Master’s Degree and one (1) year of experience in mental health setting
- One (1) year supervisory experience required or supervisory training within six (6) months of employment
- Licensed eligible or waivered mental health professional as confirmed by State regulatory/licensing board (e.g., ASW, IMFT, or PCCI)
- Sensitivity to multi-cultural populations and issues
- At least 18 years of age
- CPR, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and First Aid certified on date of employment or within 60 days of employment and maintain current certification throughout employment
Qualifications
- Valid and current driver’s license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver
- Willingness to use your personal vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc. (weekly mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate)
- Willingness to use the company vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.
- Willingness to use your personal vehicle to attend meetings, etc. (weekly mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate)

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage and supervise teams effectively
- Knowledge of mental health practices and regulations

Pay
Expected starting wage range is $72,808.63 - $89,871.72. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
Schedule
Shifts Available: Full-Time | DAYS | Shifts: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM | Days: Monday - Friday

If the position requires driving, valid driver’s license, a motor vehicle clearance and proof of auto insurance is required at time of employment and must be maintained throughout employment.
