About the role

We are seeking a University Venture Scout to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for entrepreneurship and innovation, and a strong network within the university community.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate entrepreneurial talent within the university community
• Develop and maintain relationships with university administrators and faculty
• Assist in the development and execution of university-wide entrepreneurship initiatives
• Represent the university at regional and national entrepreneurship events

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in higher education or entrepreneurship
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

Qualifications

• Passionate about supporting student entrepreneurs
• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills
• Experience with event planning and management

Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

Salary is commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Hours are flexible but require a minimum of 20 hours per week.
