Responsibilities

  • Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates.
  • Check references and verify candidate qualifications.
  • Make offers to selected candidates and conduct orientation sessions for new hires.
  • Perform exit interviews and process changes in employee status.
  • Execute recruiting operations, including onboarding and administrative coordination.
  • Manage email case management and execute tasks to meet recruiting timelines.

Essential Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or area of specialty.
  • 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within recruitment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Experience as a recruiting coordinator or project/administrative coordinator.

Work Environment

  • This position requires working in a 100% remote environment.
  • You will report to a supervisor and work under immediate supervision, following instructions and pre-established guidelines.

  • This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.

Pay And Benefits

  • The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $36.00/hr.
  • Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
