University Partnerships Lead

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the company’s university partnership strategy
• Lead the company Scholars program end-to-end
• Build and maintain a unified view of sponsored research investments
• Own hiring architecture for MBA and PhD pipelines
• Manage feasibility study on a new PhD fellowship program
• Manage advisory board strategy at target institutions
• Serve as primary liaison for institutional partnership requests
• Partner with internal teams to ensure complementary ownership across university portfolio
• Deliver regular reporting on partnership outcomes and ROI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10 years of equivalent experience
• 7+ years in university recruiting or academic partnerships
• Proven ability to build relationships with academic leadership
• Deep understanding of university research structures and sponsored research mechanisms
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to define strategy independently in high-visibility environments
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity

Pay

• $157,059 – $219,882 annually
