About the role

The Summer Games is an internship program designed to foster innovation and skill development among top students. Participants tackle real-world challenges under mentorship from senior leaders, utilizing Booz Allen’s tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and analyze data-driven solutions to complex problems
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to innovate and solve challenges
• Create and present technical reports and visualizations to senior leadership
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and translate them into actionable insights

Requirements

• Experience with data exploration, cleaning, analysis, visualization, and mining
• Knowledge of statistical and general-purpose programming languages for data analysis
• Ability to work with structured and unstructured data sources
• Passport and ability to obtain a Secret clearance

Qualifications

• Scheduled to obtain a Bachelor’s degree in a Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics field by Spring 2028
• Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills

Pay

The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD).

Schedule

Full-time and part-time employees working at least 20 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in Booz Allen’s benefit programs. Individuals that do not meet the threshold are only eligible for select offerings, not inclusive of health benefits.
