Responsibilities

• Deliver Legendary Hospitality to residents, families, and visitors every day.
• Serve as an elevator attendant, helping residents safely travel between floors during our modernization project.
• Be a friendly, reassuring presence while residents navigate temporary disruptions.
• Handle concerns and frustrated residents or family members with patience, empathy, and strong de-escalation skills.
• Communicate clearly, anticipate needs, and know when to involve community leadership.
• Pitch in with dining, housekeeping, and other community needs when assigned.

• You lead with hospitality. You understand that how someone feels matters just as much as getting the job done.

• You're a team player. No task is beneath you, and you're willing to help wherever needed.
• Previous experience in senior living, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
