Responsibilities

• Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
• Processing transactions and providing accurate financial advice
• Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
• Handling escalated issues and complaints professionally

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
