Universal Banker - McLean Branch

Responsibilities

• Aid in the basic account opening process for existing customers.
• Deliver service to internal and external customers to address account service issues.
• Execute financial transactions in line with bank policies and procedures.
• Refer potential sales opportunities to appropriate partners.
• Create sales opportunities from service transactions and promptly resolve customer complaints and issues.
• Participate in branch sales activities such as seminars, micromarketing events, and promotional campaigns.
• Adhere to operational controls, including legal, corporate, and regulatory procedures, to ensure the safety and security of customer and bank assets.
• Demonstrate compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, maintain a strong ethical judgment, and report any control issues transparently.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Previous Retail Banking or similar experience required.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Education

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $47,510.00 - $61,990.00 annually, with an hourly rate of $22.84 - $29.80. Additional benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan, life, accident, and disability insurance, wellness programs, and paid time off packages.
