About the role

The Universal Banker at Lakewood is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing relationships with existing clients, and expanding the bank’s customer base through proactive outreach.

Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and account maintenance.
• Provide financial advice and guidance to customers based on their needs and financial goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers.
• Manage customer accounts and ensure compliance with all banking regulations.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
• Participate in cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to increase revenue.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant banking experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using banking software and systems.
