As a Universal Banker Interpreter, you will provide financial services to customers in multiple languages, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Interpret financial transactions and products to non-English speaking customers
• Provide guidance on banking services and products
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively
• Ensure compliance with all bank policies and procedures

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

• Experience working in a financial institution is a plus
• Knowledge of banking products and services
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
