About the role

As a Universal Banker I at St. John, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing accounts, and promoting bank products and services.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and requests in a timely manner
• Manage customer accounts and provide account maintenance services
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions
• Conduct product presentations and sales calls to promote bank products and services
• Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and policies

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• Knowledge of banking products and services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
