About the role
As a Universal Banker at Starion Bank, you’ll deliver personalized service, build long-term customer relationships, and drive growth through cross-selling bank products in a thriving community-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Open personal and business deposit accounts
- Cross-sell bank products and services
- Process regular teller transactions efficiently, accurately, and with a friendly demeanor
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with consumer and business customers
Requirements
- Two to three years of experience in customer service, sales, and cash handling preferred
- Strong leadership abilities and self-motivation
