About the role
As a Universal Banker I, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing relationships with existing customers, and expanding our client base through proactive outreach.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Manage customer accounts, including account opening, maintenance, and problem resolution.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored financial solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term loyalty.
- Participate in cross-selling activities to increase overall revenue.
- Adhere to all bank policies and procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
