Responsibilities

• Assist customers with account inquiries and process transactions.
• Provide financial product information tailored to customer needs.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer experiences by offering personalized solutions.
• Open, close, and service various deposit products.
• Process loans with proficiency.
• Execute Universal Banker functions, including balancing cash drawers and managing ATM and vault settlements.
• Model Q2 Service and Sales programs to achieve goals while meeting quality standards.
• Build strong customer relationships through consultative selling and effective cross-selling techniques.
• Evaluate customer needs via open-ended questions and ensure appropriate referrals to resources.
• Represent QNB in a courteous and professional manner.
• Participate in community involvement and local initiatives.
• Complete assigned compliance training in a timely manner.

Schedule

Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with extended hours on Friday until 6:00 PM, and Saturday shifts from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM. Availability during all operating hours, including holidays and weekends, is required.
