Responsibilities

• Prioritize accuracy and efficiency with your teller transactions.
• Deepen product knowledge and resourcefulness.
• Conduct teller transactions with ease.
• Assist with vault duties.
• Commitment to white-glove service.
• Provide tailored solutions through consultative sales.
• Passionately promote and cross-sell our bank products and services.
• Ensure the safety and integrity of sensitive customer data.
• Stay sharp on security protocols and emergency procedures.
• Support your branch as one part of the entire team.
• Question suspicious activity and collaborate with necessary department(s) to prevent fraudulent activity.
• Stay informed on legal context and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service or sales. Banking experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience and strong sales instincts.
• Customer-first service mindset.
• Entrepreneurial self-starter mentality.
• Master communicator.
• Banking & fintech acumen.
• Tech-forward and analytical thinking.
• Commitment to being a team player.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of financial products and services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Pay

In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for an annual bonus, incentives, and equity. Actual compensation is based on industry salary ranges, internal salary structures, experience, skills, and other job-related factors.

Schedule

Full-time position with routine travel between four branch locations: Winter Park, Downtown Orlando, Mount Dora, and St. Petersburg.
