About the role

Float Universal Bankers will be required to travel to multiple branches as assigned by the Area Leader and/or Branch Leader. Provides a distinctive client experience to ensure a consistent service level by engaging clients with smiling, facilitating courteous conversation, conducting both complex and standardized transactions while uncovering needs. Performs more complex transactions with assistance as necessary. Educates clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking to make banking easier and enhance their service experience. Supports team by making client servicing calls, presenting client offers, identifying client needs or opportunities by fulfilling the need or referring the client to the appropriate branch team members or specialist.

Responsibilities

  • Delivers superior quality service, identifying and understanding the client’s financial needs.
  • Cross-trained to support sales and service activities as needed.
  • Provides a distinctive client experience to ensure a consistent service level by engaging clients with smiling, facilitating courteous conversation, conducting both complex and standardized transactions while uncovering needs.
  • Performs more complex transactions with assistance as necessary.
  • Edits clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking to make banking easier and enhance their service experience.
  • Serves as point of contact for account maintenance, problem resolution, identifying solutions and services and referring the client to the appropriate teammate.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • Proven and consistent proficiency in teller or cash handling or client service skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
  • Ability to use office equipment and perform basic mathematical functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent client service and provide team support.
  • Availability to work Saturdays and/or extended hours.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent education.

Pay

The annual base salary for this position is $45,760-$52,500 Additional incentive pay is not available for this position.

Schedule

Schedules will be provided in advance but may change based on staffing needs. Float teammates will receive direction from the Branch Leader of the location they are working in on any designated day/week.
