Role: Onsite banking associate responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, processing financial transactions, and promoting bank products and services. Key Responsibilities Provide accurate and timely customer service by handling daily transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.Open and process new deposit accounts, including savings, IRAs, and certificates of deposit.Identify client needs through consultative conversations and recommend suitable banking products and services.Conduct outbound calls to clients and prospects, supporting sales and referral goals.Assist with loan applications and coordinate with appropriate teams for processing.Support daily banking operations, including teller and platform functions, while maintaining compliance and risk controls.Resolve client inquiries, research problems, and deliver excellent client experiences.Contribute to operational efficiency by assisting with audit controls, training new associates, and staying updated on policies.Adhere to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and ethical standards. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED; 1+ year experience as a Teller preferred.Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily and work effectively in a team environment.Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development.Must meet background, credit, and regulatory requirements, including compliance with the S.A.F.E. Act.
