About the role
The Universal Banker at Bethlehem is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing accounts, and promoting bank products and services.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and requests in a timely manner
- Manage customer accounts and provide account maintenance services
- Promote and sell bank products and services to customers
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and policies
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Knowledge of banking products and services
- Experience in financial services industry
Skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

$20-$25 per hour based on experience

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
