Universal Banker
Essential Functions
Aid the branch in meeting performance standards monthly and individual performance standards monthly. Interview members and process loan applications. Review applications and documentation for completeness and accuracy. Handle member account functions, such as processing requests, providing counseling, and selling credit union products or services. Assist members with account openings and closings, answer questions, and resolve issues within authority. Refer complex issues to supervisors and provide recommendations. Accurately handle cash and negotiable transactions, balance daily transactions.
Regular and predictable attendance. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent. One to three years of relevant experience.
