Role Overview: This position involves delivering high-quality customer service in a retail banking environment, processing financial transactions, and opening various accounts. Key Responsibilities Provide teller and platform support to minimize client wait times, including handling deposits, currency, coin, and check cashing, as well as opening checking, savings, IRAs, certificates of deposit, and money market accounts.Identify client needs through consultative conversations and recommend suitable products and services.Cross-sell and refer clients to banking partners to generate new business and deepen relationships.Conduct outbound calls to clients and prospects, participate in special campaign activities, and assist with loan applications, forwarding them to the appropriate team members.Resolve client inquiries, ensure compliance with banking policies, and support daily operational activities, including audit and training of new staff. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED, with preferred one year of teller experience.Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.Ability to perform financial transactions accurately and efficiently.Commitment to compliance, risk management, and ongoing learning. This role requires adherence to regulatory standards, including background checks and licensing regulations, to ensure ongoing compliance and operational integrity.
