About the Role
As a Universal Banker, you'll be at the forefront of providing personalized service to our customers. You will interact with customers in-person and over the phone, delivering exceptional experiences that drive success.
Responsibilities
- Process transactions
- Assist with loan applications
- Promote credit union products
- Exceed monthly loan production targets
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum age: 18
- Previous experience in customer service and financial services
- Knowledge of consumer lending practices
- Strong proficiency in cash handling

Schedule
Full-time, 40 hours per week. Branch hours for this role are between 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM Mon-Fri and 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM on rotating Saturdays.
Pay
Competitive compensation between $20 and $22 per hour, depending on experience, with additional incentives tied to loan production.
