About the role
Join Utah First Credit Union’s vibrant team at the American Fork, Utah branch as a full‑time Universal Banker (40 hours per week). You will deliver exceptional service, help customers navigate their financial journey, and contribute to a supportive team environment where contributions are recognized and rewarded.
Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist customers with loan applications and guide them through the lending process.
- Promote credit union products and services to meet members’ needs.
- Exceed monthly loan production targets.
- Interact with customers in‑person and over the phone, delivering exceptional experiences.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum age: 18.
- Previous experience in customer service and financial services.
- Knowledge of consumer lending practices.
- Strong proficiency in cash handling.
- Detail‑oriented, customer‑centric, and able to thrive in a collaborative environment.

Pay
Competitive hourly compensation ranging from $20 to $22 per hour, depending on experience, with additional incentives tied to loan production.
Schedule
Branch hours for this role are 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM Monday‑Friday and 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM on rotating Saturdays.
