About the role

Onsite banking associate responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, processing daily financial transactions, and opening various deposit accounts.

Responsibilities

• Providing teller and platform support to minimize client wait times, including deposits, currency handling, and account openings.
• Identifying client needs through consultative conversations and recommending suitable banking products.
• Opening and processing new accounts such as savings, IRAs, certificates of deposit, and money market accounts.
• Cross-selling products, making referrals, and engaging in outbound calls to deepen client relationships.
• Assisting clients with loan applications and coordinating with appropriate staff.
• Ensuring excellent client experiences, resolving inquiries promptly, and researching account issues.
• Supporting daily operations, assisting with audit controls, and participating in training and compliance activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, with preferred experience as a Teller.
• Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily, with strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.
• Must meet background check and regulatory requirements, including compliance with the S.A.F.E Mortgage Licensing Act.
