About the role

The role involves delivering exceptional customer service at a branch location, focusing on teller duties and sales tasks. Responsibilities include managing customer transactions, utilizing computer systems for security measures, and contributing to branch sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Operate customer service window efficiently, handling transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Use computer systems to verify transactions and protect the bank from fraud.
• Provide additional customer services such as bank money orders and assist with ATM settlement.
• Contribute to branch sales goals through customer profiling, recommending products, and closing business.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain relationships.
• Perform data entry, prepare documentation, and handle customer inquiries.
• Assume additional duties as required, such as balancing ATMs and processing deposits.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two to five years of general and specialized experience.
• Completion of the retail training program, including CSR and RSA training.

Qualifications

• CARE certified within six months of hire.
• Successfully completes NMLS requirements for S.A.F.E. Act certification.
• Physical demands include standing for 2 hours, sitting for 5 hours, lifting up to 10 lbs. two times per day, and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.

Lobby Hours: Monday - Thursday 9:00 am - 4:00 pm, Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Drive-Up Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Friday 8:30 am - 6:00 pm
