About the role
Responsible for delivering exceptional customer service at the branch level, including sales and platform duties.
Responsibilities
- Operate a customer service window efficiently and accurately, handling transactions like deposits, checks, and loans.
- Use computer systems to verify transactions, protect against fraud, and balance cash daily.
- Conduct customer profiling to recommend appropriate products and services, and close business.
- Participate in branch sales call campaigns and maintain customer relationships through follow-up calls and data entry.
- Assume additional duties as required, such as balancing ATMs and processing deposits.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two to five years of general and specialized experience.
- Completion of the retail training program, including CSR and RSA training.
Qualifications
- CARE certified within six months of hire.
- Successfully completes NMLS requirements for mortgage loan originator certification.
- Physical demands include standing for 2 hours, sitting for 5 hours, lifting up to 10 lbs. two times per day, and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
