Role Overview

This position involves delivering high-quality customer service in a retail banking environment by processing financial transactions, opening accounts, and promoting bank products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Support teller and platform operations to minimize client wait times, including processing deposits, currency handling, and account openings for checking, savings, IRAs, CDs, and money market accounts.
• Identify client needs through consultative conversations, recommend suitable products, and cross-sell to deepen relationships.
• Conduct outbound calls to clients and prospects, participate in campaigns, and assist with loan applications, passing them to appropriate teams.
• Provide excellent client service by resolving inquiries, addressing issues promptly, and enhancing product knowledge through training.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, risk management, and internal controls.
• Assist with daily operations, audit controls, and training new associates, staying informed of operational updates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred experience as a Teller.
• Ability to perform essential duties, meet background and credit checks, and comply with relevant regulations is necessary.
