Summary

Provide high-quality, accurate, and timely customer service by processing daily financial transactions and opening accounts in a retail banking environment. Introduce bank products and services through outreach, offering tailored recommendations to deepen client relationships. Perform outbound sales calls to meet banking goals and support management activities.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Deliver sales and service support, including processing financial transactions, opening accounts, and handling deposits.
• Identify client needs through conversations and recommend suitable banking products and services.
• Open and process new deposit accounts such as savings, IRAs, and certificates of deposit.
• Cross-sell services and refer clients to bank partners to generate business and strengthen relationships.
• Conduct outbound calls and participate in campaigns to engage prospects and clients.
• Assist with loan applications and facilitate the process with relevant teams.
• Research and resolve client issues, ensuring excellent customer experience and prompt resolution.
• Maintain compliance with bank policies, regulations, and risk management procedures.
• Support daily operations, including audit controls and onboarding new staff.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1+ year experience as a Teller preferred.
• Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily, with relevant skills and knowledge.
• Must meet background and credit check requirements and comply with financial regulations, including the S.A.F.E Mortgage Licensing Act.
