Key Responsibilities
- Process routine transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Provide account support and respond to basic member inquiries
- Perform account maintenance such as address updates, debit card assistance, and stop payments
- Promote products and services through needs-based conversations and refer complex needs as appropriate
- Balance cash drawer daily and maintain accurate transaction records
- Follow all security, compliance, and fraud-prevention procedures
- Support branch operations and deliver a professional, member-first experience
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in banking, financial services, retail, or cash handling
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Notary Public and credit union experience a plus
