Role Overview: This position involves providing sales and service support within a banking environment, including handling financial transactions, opening accounts, and cross-selling products to meet client needs. Responsibilities Assist clients with teller transactions, account openings, and deposit services to ensure efficient and quality customer experience.Identify client needs through consultative conversations and recommend suitable products and services.Open and process various deposit accounts, including savings, IRAs, and certificates of deposit.Make referrals and cross-sell banking products to foster client relationships and generate new business.Conduct outbound calls to clients and prospects, supporting deposit and loan campaigns.Assist clients with loan applications, coordinating with appropriate team members.Resolve client inquiries, research issues, and deliver prompt service to enhance client satisfaction.Maintain compliance with banking regulations, policies, and internal controls.Support daily operations, participate in training, and stay informed of operational updates.Assist with audit procedures and onboarding new associates as needed. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED; prior teller experience preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, 10-key calculator, and coin counting equipment.Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily; experience or education may be substituted.Compliance with background checks and licensing requirements; no specific licenses required.
