Role Overview: This onsite position involves providing exceptional customer service in a retail banking environment, focusing on daily financial transactions, account management, and promoting bank products and services. Key Responsibilities Assist clients with teller transactions, account openings, and deposit services.Identify client needs through consultative conversations and recommend suitable products.Open and process various deposit accounts, including savings and IRAs.Conduct outbound calls to promote services and generate new business.Support loan application processes by guiding clients and coordinating with relevant associates.Deliver high-quality client experiences, resolving inquiries and issues promptly.Research and resolve account problems, ensuring compliance with bank policies.Assist with daily operations, audit controls, and onboarding of new staff. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or GED, with preferred one year of teller experience. Ability to perform all duties satisfactorily, with strong communication, customer service, and operational skills. Must pass background and credit checks and comply with relevant regulations, including the S.A.F.E Mortgage Licensing Act.
