Responsibilities

• Provide an extraordinary customer experience for all interactions.
• Develop and maintain courteous and professional long-term relationships with customers by delivering extreme value.
• Master a proven, well-defined sales process to identify customer needs and provide financial solutions.
• Assist customers with non-real estate consumer lending needs.
• Open new accounts and execute the 7-90 process for all new customers.
• Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash recycler.
• Strengthen customer relationships by following all Quality Standards, including regular eye contact, greeting customers by name, researching necessary information, and assisting with all questions in person and on the phone.
• Ensure the privacy of customer information and educate customers on ways to protect themselves.
• Serve as a resource for all customers.
