About the role

The Universal Banker I position at St. John is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing accounts, and promoting bank products and services.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage customer accounts, including account maintenance and problem resolution.
• Promote and sell bank products and services to meet customer needs.
• Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $20,000 - $25,000 annually.

Schedule

Hours are typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with some evening and weekend availability required.
