About the role
The Universal Banker is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing a wide range of banking activities.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Manage account opening and maintenance processes efficiently.
- Offer advice on financial products and services to meet customer needs.
- Process transactions and ensure accuracy and compliance with bank policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and referrals.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Customer service certification is a plus.
- Experience in banking or finance is beneficial.
