About the role
The Universal Banker position at Universal Bank is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing a wide range of banking activities.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions to banking issues.
- Manage account openings, transfers, and other financial transactions.
- Offer advice on savings, loans, and investment products.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or banking role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
