About the role
The Universal Banker position at Universal Bank is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing a wide range of banking transactions.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions to banking issues.
- Manage customer accounts, including opening new accounts, processing transactions, and maintaining records.
- Perform loan applications and assist customers in obtaining loans.
- Offer financial advice and promotions to customers.
- Ensure compliance with all bank policies and regulations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Qualifications
- Experience in banking or finance preferred.
- Knowledge of banking products and services.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
