About the role

The Universal Banker position at Universal Bank is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing a wide range of banking transactions.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions to banking issues.
• Manage customer accounts, including opening new accounts, processing transactions, and maintaining records.
• Perform loan applications and assist customers in obtaining loans.
• Offer financial advice and promotions to customers.
• Ensure compliance with all bank policies and regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Experience in banking or finance preferred.
• Knowledge of banking products and services.
